How far in advance should I book?
For local NYC moves, we recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure availability and smooth planning. For long-distance moves, 4–5 days' notice is ideal so we can prepare your route, truck, and schedule properly. Last-minute bookings may be accepted if we have space, but aren't guaranteed.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes, we offer a full range of packing materials including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and specialized containers.
How do you protect my belongings?
We treat every item as if it were our own — careful wrapping, padding, and secure loading on every move. For high-value or specialty items, let us know at booking and we'll walk you through the best way to protect them.
What's your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled move. A fee may apply for later cancellations.
Do I need to empty my dressers before the move?
Yes, we recommend emptying all drawers to prevent damage and make lifting easier.
Can I ride in the truck with the movers?
No, for liability and insurance reasons, we can't allow customers to ride in the moving truck.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all five boroughs of NYC and offer long-distance moves to cities across the East Coast.
Do you move specialty items like pianos or safes?
Yes, we handle specialty items, but please let us know in advance so we can prepare properly.
Do I need to be present during the move?
We recommend someone be present at both locations, but if you can't, we'll coordinate remotely with your permission.

Tipping is never required but always appreciated. If you feel the crew did a great job, tips are welcome!
